In recent years,college student volunteers as the main human resources of large-scale activities have played an important role in ensuring the success of large-scale activities.Generally,in large-scale activities,the ultimate satisfaction of service object is the only thing that will be considered.However,as the facilitators of volunteer service,the psychological behavior of college student volunteers and their changes after voluntary service are easily overlooked.Aiming at this problem,taking volunteer service in the G20 Summit in Hangzhou for example,on the basis of the self-efficacy scale to conduct a questionnaire among 274 college student volunteers and in-depth interview with 33 volunteers,from volunteer service ability and voluntary service behavior these two aspects investigated the changes of college student volunteers' self-efficacy before and after the large-scale activities.The study found that aftervolunteer service at the G20 Hangzhou Summit,the self-efficacy of college student volunteers decreased.The first reason is that during the volunteer service of large events,college students were frustratedfrequently;Secondly,because the organization and management needs to be improved;Third,it is because of the poor atmosphere of volunteer service in the social environment and the lack of support for volunteer service.Meanwhile,by using regression analysis,we concluded that that gender,grade,family economic level,service experience,social support,management and training,peer support had significant influence on self-efficacy of volunteers.On this basis,put forward a practical way to improve college students' volunteer self-efficacy from the government level,the event organizer level,college level and individual level: up to the government level,promote service practice,increase the experience of achievement;strengthen the propaganda and the social identity.On the level of the activity organizer,we can use the successful example to provide alternative efficiency information;pay attention to the effectiveness of training and improve the volunteer service skills.In the university level,we should carry out appropriate evaluation,implement positive verbal feedback,attach importance to psychological development,and adjust the emotional state.At the individual level of volunteers,we should establish the subject consciousness and correct service motive;Set reasonable goals and extend the incentiveprocess.
