A largenumber of “the unit person” turn to “the social person”, the countryside transientpopulation shift causes the population management of the city community more andmore difficulty. In recent years, all over the country have begun to explore thecommunity management mode, grid management is a kind of innovation of socialmanagement, is also a kind of revolution.As the center of Luoyang City, X District in the exploration of the implementationof community gridded management take the first pilot, from2011to date, has formed aset of complete grid management mode, which laid the theoretical foundation andpractical basis for the implementation of community gridded management mode of thecity, providing a powerful guarantee.This paper first analyzes the research background and significance of communitygridded management, describes the current domestic and foreign experts and scholarson the study, the status quo of community management. Secondly, this papersummarizes the relevant concepts of community, community management andcommunity gridded management and theory. Thorough research and analysis throughthe work area community gridded management system, operation mechanism,management mode, it summarizes the effect of community gridded management.According to the on-site visits and questionnaire survey, it is found that there are fouraspects of problem: One is the community held a number of government function, cannot improve service quality effectively. The two is the government strong dependence,autonomous organizations lack of strength. The three is the grid management burden,business ability to be further improved. The four is the long-term mechanism andsecurity system should be further improved. By analyzing the existing problems, fromstrengthening the service role, strengthen autonomous management, strengthen team construction, strengthen the system security four aspects, this paper put forwardcountermeasure and suggestion.
