Study On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Marxist Theory Education Of Party Members And Cadres In New Times

Township is the most basic political and administrative unit in China.The Communist Party cadres working at township level are the directest executors of the Party's lines,principles,and policies.They are the powerful force to comprehensively win the fight against poverty and implement the strategies of rural revitalization.The effective Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres is related to the stability of the Party's ruling foundation,the harmonious and stable development of issues including agriculture,villages and farmers,the development of new socialist villages and the development of new urbanization.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and realistic significance to carry out the research on Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has successively carried out practical educational activities on the mass line,the "three strictness(meaning being a strict moral cultivater,a strict power wielder,and a strict self-discipliner),the three sincerities(meaning being a sincere doer,a sincere entreprenure and a sincere person)" and the thematic education of "two studyings and one being(meaning studying the Party charter and regulations,studying Xi Jinping's series of speech and being a qualifies Party member)".The Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres has been further improved.However,under the new situation of comprehensively administering the Party and advancing the great project of Party building,there are still some shortcomings in the theoretical education of township-level Party cadres.Based on the analysis of the significance,influencing factors and causes of Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres,this paper proposes countermeasures on how to strengthen the theoretical education of township-level Party cadres.The paper includes four parts: The first part is the introduction.The second part is the urgency and necessity of Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres.First of all,the urgency of Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres is discussed from three aspects including the impact of economic globalization and networking,the weakening of traditional Marxist education,and the inconsistency between the theoretical level of Party members at township level and the development requests of towns.At the same time,it summarizes the necessity of Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres,and further clarifies the urgency and necessity of Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres.The third part analyzes the status quo and influencing factors of Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres in the new era.The analysis of the current situation of Marxist theoretical education of Party cadres in the new era is analyzed from aspects including the characteristics of township-level Party cadres,the contents and efficiency of Marxist education of township-level Party cadres.At the same time,it analyzes the factors that influence the Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres.It is the key for further studying and improving Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres in the new era to precisely grasp the factors influencing Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres in the new era.The fourth part illustrates the countermeasures of Marxist theory education of township-level Party cadres in the new era.The effectiveness of Marxist theoretical education of township-level Party cadres can be improved in aspects including the self-education ability of township-level Party cadres,the function of the main body of township education,the innovation of the content,form and carrier of theoretical education,the construction of theoretical education system,and the external environment of township education.
