Research On The Problems And Solutions Of The "Smart Old-age Care" In China

With the aggravation of the aging problem in our country,the traditional old-age pension model can not meet the needs of modern old-age pension.Especially in recent years,big data and smart cities began to rise and develop,providing technical support for the exploration of new old-age pension model reform in our country.The exploration of the intelligent pension model in China has been rising in recent years.At present,the development of-the intelligent pension model has begun to develop in major cities and regions in the east.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research results in recent years,taking Jinan as an example,the first pilot city of smart old-age care in China,this paper investigates in-depth the community service institutions of smart old-age care in Jinan and makes an in-depth investigation on the elderly groups,summarizes the characteristics and existing problems of smart old-age care in China,and deeply analyses the causes of existing problems,and finally puts forward the idea of smart old-age care.Suggestions and Countermeasures for mode development.The characteristics of China’s wisdom pension model are as follows:firstly,the State advocates and local governments try it out;secondly,the policy is in the exploratory stage;thirdly,the potential market of the pension industry is large,which can attract social resources;fourthly,the coverage is low and the development of the East and West is unbalanced.The problems existing in the development model of wisdom endowment in China are as follows:firstly,the low level of material technology can not meet the high intelligence of wisdom endowment;secondly,the government regulations and policies support is not perfect;thirdly,the short-term input and output of wisdom endowment are contradictory;fourthly,the model of wisdom endowment lacks overall design;fifthly,the government lacks the degree of demand for the aged group.Sixth,the content and interconnection of related supporting resources are not perfect;seventh.focusing on the material needs to meet,the spiritual needs to meet relatively backward;eighth,the object of intelligent pension and service products are single and the popularity of service products is low.This paper focuses on the analysis of the reasons for the problems existing in the development model of wisdom endowment in China,mainly as follows:first,the consumption level and income level of residents are generally not high;second,the late start,the special national conditions,the overall structure needs sufficient time planning;third,the limitation of soft technology such as "big data";fourth,the influence of traditional social concepts;fifth,the emphasis on "hardware" in the field of endowment."Light "service";Sixth is the influence of real estate factors;Seventh is the development factor of wisdom pension.According to the analysis of the problems and reasons,the paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures,popularizes the information of the whole society and constructs the idea of the whole society;improves the confidence of the aged population in the model of "smart old-age pension" through technological innovation and propaganda guidance;strengthens the joint participation of the multi-subjects of society under the leadership of the government;further improves the corresponding laws and policies;and perfects and develops the concept of smart old-age pension.Expanding data technology to provide technical support for "smart old-age care".Constructing an effective "smart old-age" model;using social forces to promote the development of "smart old-age care" model.Focus on the government-led construction of community-based,radiation home care,pension homes as a supplement,medical institutions,large data platform enterprises,colleges and universities talent supply "smart endowment ecosystem" development model.
