On The Construction Of Party Organizations At The Basic Level In Independent Colleges

As an important part of non-government funded education in China,independent colleges also shoulder the responsibility of cultivating socialist builders and successors of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor development in an all-round way.It plays an important role in the development of higher education to popular education in China.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New era,it is of great theoretical significance to strengthen the construction of grass-root party organizations in an all-round way and give full play to the political core role and the role of fighting bastion of grass-root party organizations.At the same time,due to its independent school-running system and management model,how to give full play to the role of grass-root party organizations,implement the Party's education policy,and stick to education with socialist education to run a satisfactory socialist applied university is of great practical significance.On the basis of studying and drawing lessons from many scholars on the research results of the construction of grass-root party organizations in independent colleges,this thesis makes an investigation and analysis of the present situation of the construction of grass-root party organizations in independent colleges.The present situation and existing problems of the construction of grass-root party organizations in independent colleges are deeply studied,and the corresponding measures are put forward to provide some theoretical reference and practical guidance for the construction of grass-root party organizations in independent colleges in the new period.This article has four chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part,mainly introducing the background,the research significance and the method.The second chapter is the inevitability of strengthening the construction of the grass-root party organization in the independent college,mainly introducing the emergence and development of the independent college,the connotation,significance,necessity and particularity of the construction of the grass-root party organization in independent colleges.The third chapter is the investigation of the present situation of the grass-root party organization construction in independent colleges in Hubei province,which mainly introduces the questionnaire design,the process of sampling survey and the results of the investigation.At present,the problems of ideological construction in independent colleges are outstanding,the position and function of party organizations are not matched,the role of party members is not prominent,the work achievement of ideological and party workers is not obvious,and the development of party organization activities lacks innovation and so on.The fourth chapter is about the measures to strengthen the construction of the grass-root party organization in independent colleges mainly from four aspects: ideological construction,organization construction,team construction and mechanism innovation,thus to effectively promote the development of grass-roots party organization construction work in independent colleges.
