Studies On Mediation Of Public Security In Grass-roots Governance

The problem in this paper is the mediation of public security in grass-roots governance.As an important part of China's great mediation mechanism,the status and significance of public security mediation are self-evident.On the other hand,because the main organ of public security mediation is Public Security Bureau,the development of public security mediation in our country has been faced with great pressure and challenge.In this paper,a case analysis model was used to study the situation of the cattle field police station in Le'an County,Fuzhou,Jiangxi Province.After combing and reviewing the theoretical knowledge,the paper analyses the difficulties in the existing work based on the experience and effectiveness of the NiuTian police station in carrying out public security mediation.On this basis,the reasons behind the poor effectiveness of the security mediation work behind them are dug deeply,and some countermeasures can be taken by each party's subject.It is hoped that through the planned and systematic construction,with the concerted efforts of many parties,it can promote the development and improvement of public security mediation,and ultimately form a great mediation system of socialism together with the People's mediation and administrative mediation.
