Research On Democratic Supervision Of Democratic Parties In The New Era

The establishment of democratic party supervision in the political system of our country has experienced a tortuous historical evolution.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Chinese domestic party,and has put forward the objectives and tasks of perfecting the socialist deliberative democracy system and made relevant strategies and arrangements.He has successively issued the "Regulations on the Work of the United Front of the Communist Party of China(Trial)" and "Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Consultation of Political Parties",which clearly stipulates that political participation in political discussions,democratic supervision,and participation in the leadership of the Communist Party of China are the three major functions of the democratic parties..Giving full play to the democratic supervision role of the democratic parties is the actual requirement of accelerating China's democratic political process and comprehensively administering the party strictly.It is a realistic need to strengthen the building of socialist deliberative democracy and promote multi-party cooperation.Under the new situation,how to better perform the democratic supervision function has become a major theoretical and practical issue facing the democratic parties.Based on Marxism-Leninism,Mao Zedong Thought and the theory and thought of democratic supervision in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,this paper adopts case analysis and literature analysis to carry out the development of democratic supervision work of Z-party democratic parties and the innovation of carrier mechanism.On-the-spot investigation,comprehensively analyzed the factors restricting the role of democratic supervision in Z City and put forward practical solutions.The study believes that the overall idea of optimizing democratic party supervision is to increase publicity,raise the awareness of the host and object to actively carry out democratic supervision and accept supervision;strengthen the construction of democratic parties themselves,improve their party awareness and ability to participate in politics to ensure the effective implementation of democratic supervision;Strengthen the system construction,improve and enrich the carrier of the democratic party supervision mechanism,and improve its effectiveness.In the historical background of the new era of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper takes Z City as an example to conduct case studies,fully understands and analyzes the actual situation and development dilemma of democratic supervision of democratic parties in provincial cities,with a view to democratic supervision of democratic parties at the national level.Perfecting and providing reference has certain practical and policy implications.
