A Study On The Anti-administrative Monopoly Thought Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Reform And Opening

The road is the life of the Communist Party of China.The development of the road determines the development of the Party.Insisting on taking the socialist road of Chinese characteristic and building a socialist market economy are the crystallization of the collective wisdom of several generations of Chinese Communists in the 40 years of reform and opening.It is based on a deep understanding of the essence of socialism and market economy.Its proposal has designed a path for the realization of national rejuvenation,the prosperity of the country,and the good expectations of the people.In the process of building a socialist market economy,we need not only to solve the historical problems left over by the planned economic system in the past,but also to answer the new questions raised by the market economy in the socialist society.The existence of administrative monopoly is not only a "blocking stone" to adhere to the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also an unavoidable challenge for the Communist Party of China in the new era.It is not only a barrier that leads to discord and instability between our government and market relations,but also gradually becomes a major obstacle to China's improvement of the socialist market economic system.The problem of administrative monopoly is rooted in China's institutional factors,and at the same time,it has not been properly solved due to political,economic,social and other reasons.The Communist Party of China is a party that keeps pace with the times and keeps learning.It always makes progress and gradually matures on the road to solving the difficult problems of China's development.Although the road of anti-administrative monopoly is tortuous and difficult,we can only "cross the river by touching the stones",but the Communist Party of China has accumulated experience and lessons,and formed a wealth of ideological theory.This article focuses on the content of the anti-administrative monopoly of the Communist Party of China,and closely focuses on the three issues of "what is the anti-administrative monopoly of the CPC","why do we need anti-administrative monopoly thinking" and "how to implement the CPC's administrative monopoly".First,based on discussing the basic problems of anti-administrative monopoly,this article starts from the "what is the thought",that sorts out the evolution process of the practice foundation of the formation and development of the CPC's anti-administrative monopoly.It shows that the CPC has accumulated rich anti-administrative monopoly experience in the process of building and perfecting the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,and formed the main content of anti-administrative monopoly thinking;Secondly,starting from the "why we need anti-administrative monopoly",this paper clarifies the necessity and importance of anti-administrative monopoly on the basis of fully analyzing the requirements of the Communist Party of China and the development needs of socialist society;Finally,starting from the "how to implement the CPC's anti-administrative monopoly",this article confronts the severe challenges of China's current anti-administrative monopoly,and explores the practical direction of the Anti-administrative Monopoly Thought of the CPC in the new era.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is mainly about the discussion of the basic issues of anti-administrative monopoly,including the definition of anti-administrative monopoly and related concepts,the necessity and role of anti-administrative monopoly in China's economic system reform.The second chapter mainly analyzes the practical basis of the formation and development of the party's anti-administrative monopoly from the perspective of China's political and economic system reform.At the same time,this chapter also clarifies the party's understanding of the planned economy and the market economy,as well as the party's understanding of the administrative monopoly hazard and the necessity of anti-administrative monopoly.The key of the third chapter is to study the necessity and importance of the formation and development of the anti-administrative monopoly thought of the CPC.By using the relevant theories of institutional economics and the relevant theories of institutional economics,this chapter makes an analysis of the supply and demand of the Party's anti-administrative monopoly ideology from two aspects:the realistic demand of China's economic and social development and the institutional supply of the Party's self-development.The fourth chapter summarizes the main components of the anti-administrative monopoly of the Communist Party of China from three aspects:socialist market economic thought,government and market relationship thoughts and socialist rule of law economic thought that based on the analysis and summary of the practice basis and formation reasons of the party's anti-administrative monopoly thought.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the implementation effect and existing problems of the party's anti-administrative monopoly.While summarizing the series of achievements of the party's anti-administrative monopoly,this chapter discovers problems and finds problems from practice,and draws lessons from them to guide the next step.The sixth chapter is oriented towards solving real problems.This chapter explores the practical direction of the anti-administrative monopoly thought of the CPC in the new period that starts from the realistic requirement of building a more perfect socialist market economy and the goal requirement of building a socialist modern country.
