Study On Administrative Monopoly Under The Condition Of Socialist Market Economy

Experienced the ups and downs of 60 years'new China and the cautious and conscientious cause of 30 years'reform and opening up, China has made a series of brilliant achievements of great cause of reform an development, and successfully explored a road of socialism to fit in with the basic conditions of a primary stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which let the world people regard China with special esteem and make the Chinese people proud. Nowadays, China is in the critical stage of reform and development of economic and social transition. In the new era and under the new situation, we must be determined to keep on all aspects of institutional mechanisms to promote reform and innovation, and devote great efforts to speed up the pace of reform of the important areas and key links to provide a powerful driving force and system security for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. And it is necessary to advance the great cause of reform and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Administrative Monopoly, as a large number of China's complex economic and social problems still existing and is contradictory to our development of the socialist market economy. The scope of negative effects of administrative monopoly,is not only far in the economic field, but also widely involved in political,cultural and social fields. Confess frankly, administrative monopoly has seriously interfered with and restricted the comprehensive promotion of the great cause of China's current reform and development. In the new era and under the new situation, the more we further to advance and fully deepen the reform, the more it is necessary to further to accelerate the pace of reforming administrative monopoly. In order to further to speed up the reform of administrative monopoly,we must carry out a systematic,comprehensive,in–depth study of the issue of administrative monopoly under the socialist market economy.This thesis, based on solid research in full and to draw on existing administrative monopoly theory,opened divergent thinking positively,integrated use of multi-angle, cross-disciplinary research methods, tries to break through the research that most of the research is either focused on the segment research of only from a single discipline perspective of economics,laws or sociology, or is focus on the research from the perspective of so-called comprehensive subjects in form but in the end falling into the strange cycle of a single discipline perspective on the issue of administrative monopoly in essence.This thesis, investigating and researching the administrative monopoly on China's socialist market economy environment and the background of basic conditions of the primary stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics, proposes to build the four-in-one anti-administrative monopoly to scientifically develop for conducting a comprehensive regulatory counter measures to the current Administrative Monopoly .
