Rural grass-roots party organizations are the basic form of party's grass-roots organizations in the vast rural areas.It is an important part of party's grass-roots organizations,the leading core of all kinds of organizations and operations in the countryside of China.It directly affects the implementation of the principles and policies of the Party and the country.At the same time,rural grass-roots party organizations are also bridges and ties between the Chinese Communist Party and the peasants.They are responsible for directly contacting people,propagating people,organizing people,and uniting people.The leadership position of rural grass-roots party organizations cannot be shaken,the role of battle fortresses cannot be weakened,and the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations is related to the party's unified leadership over the countryside.Only rural grass-roots party organizations are full of vigor and vitality,and the leadership of the entire party in the countryside will be firm and unequivocal.The construction of rural grass-roots party organizations is a very complicated issue.In the new era,it is the responsibility and mission of philosophy and social science workers to study and take part in the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations for its better and healthier development and play a pioneer leading role.On the basis of combing the thoughts of the Marxist classic writers on the construction of grass-roots organizations of the proletariat party and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China on the construction of party's rural grass-roots organizations,this paper summarizes main contents and characteristics of rural grass-roots party organizations in China.At the same time,the author focused on the general investigation of the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the country,and conducted a questionnaire survey on the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations of Faku in Liaoning Province.Based on this,the paper analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of current rural grass-roots party organizations in China.And proceed from reality,explore the realistic path of strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in our new era.Based on the field investigation and the existing data,it analyzes existing problems in the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations,and proposes solutions and countermeasures.This is the core part of this thesis.It is the original intention of this paper to strengthen the self-construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.The aim of this paper is to help improve the smooth implementation of the "strategy of rural revitalization",to win the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and to contribute to the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,by building a well-off society in an all-round way at an early date.
