As an emerging thing,Internet banking does not set up physical outlets.Instead,it uses mobile networks as a carrier to integrate banking and Internet technologies to provide users with efficient and convenient banking services. It uses information technology to improve service efficiency and challenges traditional banking service models. With the growth and development of Internet banking, the regulatory deficiencies associated with them have continued to emerge. The use of China’s existing banking supervision system for its supervision appears to be too lagging;its mixed development trend is difficult to be effectively supervised under the existing regulatory system;meanwhile,in the network environment, the protection for Internet banking financial consumers becomes very lacking. How to improve the supervision system related to Internet banking and how to effectively supervise it becomes an urgent problem for China.Based on this, this paper will improve its relevant regulatory system from the aspects of clarifying its market access system and appropriately liberalizing the “face-to-face” restrictions;constructing a regulatory coordination mechanism to effectively cope with the supervision of Internet banks in the mixed development;Strengthen the protection of financial consumers from the perspective of protecting the privacy of financial consumers and improving the dispute resolution mechanism.
