humanitarian spirit and the interests of national development also,has been to meet the needs of the recipients,to improve the ability of independent development of recipient countries as the goal.With the improvement of China's comprehensive strength,the scale and scope of our foreign aid are also expanding.Myanmar is connected to the Tibet autonomous region of China and Yunnan Province,which is the key link between China and Southeast Asian and South Asian countries.With the steady implementation of the "The Belt and Road" strategy,the economic cooperation between Myanmar and China the trend of rapid rise,Myanmar aid not only to speed up the pace of economic development of Myanmar,more can improve their economic exchange,but also let China establish a friendly and responsible international image in the international community,with the aid of Myanmar as the foundation,to promote economic cooperation Chinese and Myanmar in the future,and the assistance and cooperation mode is introduced China diplomacy to Southeast Asia and South Asia region,to provide opportunities for the development of more and more countries and regions,and jointly promote the overall development of human society.Japan is an economic power of Asian capitalism,and China is a great socialist country in Asia.The two countries are all located in Asia.They are closely related to reasons on assistance and conditions are different,ways and methods are different,like to aid in the different stages of the bilateral aid acceptance is different,the two countries have different experiences and achievements in the process and effect on assistance in China and Japan since World War II,from the war hit since the end of the war,but also access to development opportunities,Japan's war reparations to the opportunity to provide assistance to Myanmar,intended to improve Japan's image in the international community,but also hope that through the aid of Myanmar's development of Japan's domestic economy,Chinese have long-term friendly relations with Myanmar,the establishment of new Chinese,China is in urgent need of developing resources and differences between China and Japan in the selection and management of Burmese aid and finding the reasons for the differences,we can make a comprehensive analysis of foreign aid in two different social system countries,and enrich the contents of foreign aid research at home and abroad.From the perspective of the theme of the times and the changes of the world's political and economic pattern,this paper,combined with the aid experience of more than 60 years since the founding of New China,first of all,expounds the concept and relevant theories of foreign aid from three aspects of politics,economics and sociology,reviews the development course of China-Japan aid to Myanmar and the aid to Myanmar between the two countries.In the initial stage of the two countries,this paper focuses on the differences in the historical causes of their aid to Myanmar,introduces the differences in the progress of some projects of the two countries' aid to Myanmar in the infrastructure stage,and introduces the differences in the ideas of aid between the two countries in the diversification stage.Secondly,this paper objectively analyzes the differences between the two countries' aid modes,compares the differences between China and Japan in aid strategies,aid policies,aid modes,aid management and non-governmental aid,and analyzes the causes of the differences between the two countries,with emphasis on the analysis of China's presence in the process of aid to Myanmar.Understanding of the public and the international community is inadequate,opaque,aid projects can not directly benefit the people of Myanmar,the lack of effective aid theory and management system for Myanmar,the shortage of aid workers in Myanmar and other issues,by comparing the differences between China and Japan,to understand Japan's experience in aid to Myanmar,from the differences to find out.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of China's aid work to Myanmar,analyzes the reasons,learns from the successful experience of Japan's aid to Myanmar,and combines with China's actual situation,puts forward countermeasures to perfect the aid theory,strengthen propaganda,and do a good job in the later stage of work,so as to give full play to the geographical advantages of China and Myanmar and make a contribution to the aid cause of China and the development of Myan Work hard. |
