In recent years, due to the increasing influence of e-commerce in business activities, people have become accustomed to the "home shopping" model. With the emergence of Taobao,JingDong and other online business giants and occupy more ecommerce share, the ecommerce platform sells varies of goods and want to use the platform to highlight their own products, even though it is more difficult than before, these platform turn to seek new marketing means.Based on this background, the "micro-business" based on the WeChat platform came into being.By May 2018,WeChat users had exceeded one billion. It is based on a strong user base that "micro-business" occupies half the country in the field of electronic commerce. However,in the actual operation, various existing problems in the field of "micro-business" have gradually emerged Among them, the most prominent problem is the infringement of consumer rights and interests which occurs frequently. However,as far as China's current legal system is concerned, there are no relevant provisions for the effective protection of consumer rights and interests under the micro-business model. The supervision of administrative organs has no basis in law,and the regulatory model and experience under the traditional business model is not suitable for the micro-business environment. There is no way for consumers whose rights and interests have been violated to defend their rights. This study is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, which mainly elaborates its research background and significance, summarizes the research status at home and abroad, and puts forward innovative points.Chapter two gives an overview of the relevant concepts and makes a comparative analysis of the legal relationship involved in "micro-commerce".This paper points out the differences between micro-quotient in broad sense and micro-quotient in narrow sense, and points out that the micro-quotient discussed in this study is in narrow sense, and it is not an online electronic transaction that is marketed through the Wechat Friendship Circle,Wechat Groups and Wechat Small Procedures. The third chapter discusses the current situation and existing problems of consumer rights protection under the micro-business model. It is believed that consumers'right to know about commodities is difficult to be guaranteed, their security is vulnerable to damage, their right to fair trade is limited, their right to supervise is difficult to be implemented, and their right to claim is difficult to be embodied in the process of"micro-commerce" transactions. The realistic reasons for these problems lie in the current situation of "micro-commerce".Relevant laws and systems are not perfect, and consumers'awareness of personal safety and infringement protection is insufficient.Chapter IV,based on the experience of foreign e-commerce,gives some suggestions on how to protect consumers'rights and interests under the "micro-business" environment. It believes that relevant laws, regulations and systems should be improved, relevant mechanisms should be established and improved, and supervision of micro-businesses should be strengthened.
