Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Security Governance In Border Areas

In the course of the development of human society,the problem of public safety governance runs through all the time and can not be ignored.With the rapid development of modern society,the importance and complexity of the public security governance problem is increasing day by day,so it is urgent to deal with and solve the problem.At present,our country economy develops rapidly,the urbanization construction is in full swing.With the development of economy,the gap between the rich and the poor is increasing,more and more people are flocking to the city to seek better and faster development,and the society changes rapidly,which brings great troubles to the development of the border areas far from the cities.In recent years,after the policy of "Belt and Road" was put forward,under its guidance,China's foreign trade has been greatly developed,which has greatly promoted the improvement of the economic level of the border areas,but everything has its dual character.The continuous expansion of trade scale,on the one hand promoted the rapid development of the economy,on the other hand,also to the border areas Public safety management has caused greater impact,and then put forward higher requirements.Pingxiang Youyi Town is one of the most important border towns in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region.There are still many problems in public safety management.The complexity and seriousness of the public security problems in border areas are increasingly prominent,which has caused great distress to the development of Youyi Town in social order,social security and the construction of new rural areas.The problems of public security in the border areas are not to be underestimated,so it is urgent to improve and solve them.It is not only helpful to probe into and study the public security problem in the border area.To promote the development of the corresponding areas,but also for the further construction of beautiful villages indispensable.Taking Youyi Town of Pingxiang City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region as an example,the author makes a concrete study on the problems of public safety management by the methods of literature analysis and field investigation.On the basis of a brief description of the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,as well as the basic concepts of public safety,the governance of government public security,the theory of risk society and the theory of public governance,etc.From the point of view of the basic situation of Youyi Town,this paper analyzes the public safety and its governance in natural disasters,public health security,social security in border areas,public space security,network virtual security and so on.This paper analyzes the causes of these problems from the aspects of government functional departments,residents' sense and concept of autonomy,social organizations and main bodies of enterprises,and finally probes into how to strengthen the governance of township public security in border areas.This paper discusses the functions of government,the atmosphere of social public security and the autonomous organization,and puts forward some suggestions.
