Research On Guidance Strategy Of Internet Public Opinion To Deal With Public Emergencies In Guizhou Province

With the popularity of the Internet and the increase in the participation of the public,the popularity of online public opinion is increasing,and local governments have given unprecedented attention to the Internet.How to effectively implement the Internet public opinion guidance work and effectively improve the local government’s Internet public opinion response ability has important practical and theoretical significance for local governments.This paper takes the Internet public opinion guidance strategy of public emergencies in Guizhou Province as the research object.Based on the absorption of domestic and foreign research results,this paper makes a systematic review of the public opinion response performance of public emergencies in Guizhou Province.At the same time,this paper also selects 15 public emergencies from 2008 to 2018,combined with public opinion data,analyzes 6 cases to present the status of Internet public opinion response to public emergencies in Guizhou Province,and analyzes Guizhou based on the current situation.The problems and causes of the Guizhou province’s Internet public opinion guidance strategy in public emergencies,and based on this,put forward an executable guiding strategy.Although Guizhou Province has basically formed a three-in-one response system for government,media,enterprises and universities in terms of public opinion response,there are still relatively lagging public information disclosures,insufficient media public opinion guidance ability,and political sensation of government personnel.Internet public opinion respond to problems such as poor technical performance.The reason is mainly because the government departments pay insufficient attention to the Internet public opinion,the Internet check function is too weak,and the agenda setting is weakened.In this regard,Guizhou Province should continuously summarize its own experience and deficiencies in the long-term public opinion response practice.First,it is necessary to establish and improve a complete Internet public opinion response system,including Internet public opinion early warning system,Internet public opinion analysis system,and Internet public opinion guidance system.And the Internet public opinion evaluation system four parts;Secondly,the correct use of methods and techniques to deal with Internet public opinion,such as grabbing the opportunity to respond to the network questioning,give full play to the authoritative role of the mainstream media,cultivate opinion leaders to guide the network public opinion and adopt technical means to timely filter sensitive public opinion Finally,by providing Internet sensational analysts for the mainstream media in the province,Internet sensation training for government officials,setting up Internet public opinion research laboratories in universities in the province,and developing media literacy education for the whole society,the province’s Internet sensation is improved.Pay attention to the degree.Only in the early stages of early warning,research and judgment,disposal,etc.,Guizhou Province can effectively improve the ability of Internet public opinion response in the turbulent wave of network public sentiment.
