Research On The Guidance Of Government To Deal With Emergencies Of Public Opinion On The Internet

Social public opinion is an important part of a national ideology.The stability,harmony or the conflict and the confrontation of the public opinion will largely affect the social stability.And how the government guide the relationship between the government’s image building and the establishment of credibility in the event of public opinion will affect the social stability and the unity.With the popularity and application of the network,the spread of information become faster and wider.The public is no longer only passing through the government to receive news,but take the initiative to understand the latest events and participate in the administration and discussion of state affair through the network.In this context,the public awareness of the desire rise further and have higher requirement to the government’s response after the sudden events.As the information is explosive growth,with many rumors,reactionary and other "spam" exists.This make the government in a passive position in the network of public opinion,also challenge the government’s authority and adversely affect the social stability.Therefore how the government analyze,supervise and guide the various kinds of information in the network,how to find out the events that may cause the pressure of public opinion in time is a challenge to the government to master the condition of the people and establish a positive image.Under this background,this article analyze the government’s methods to guide the public opinion in the ’8`12 explosion accident’.Although the attitude of the government to treat the online media has become positive and active,but there are still many problems such as the postponement of information,the information release process is not standardized and the supervision is not in place.In the process of leading the incident,the government is in a dominant position,so it is very important for the government to strengthen its own mechanism.This paper starts from four aspects: the establishment of public opinion monitoring and early warning system,the increase of information disclosure,the avoidance of secondary public opinion,develop the characteristics of the two public opinion fields these four parts to analyze the of countermeasures to deal with emergencies at the network level.This paper concludes six parts,introduction at the first,explain the research background and research significance of the article,summarize the current domestic and foreign academic literature and research status;the second part describes the characteristics and connotation of China’s network development and introduces the development trend of the guidance mechanism of the network public opinion in our country and the necessity of conducting public opinion guidance;the third part analyzes the ’8`12 explosion accident’,the fourth part analyze the government’s methods to guide the public opinion,analyze the pros and cons to find out the reasons.The fifth part is about the countermeasures to perfect the guiding mechanism of public opinion in our country,and from the different views to guide the development of public opinion.The last part is conclusion,the summary of the full text,give a further expectation.
