Influence Factors Of Organization Citizenship Behavior

The study take basic polices in Hunan province as the participants,which is seek to explore the influence of police‘s life goals,innate psychology needs,work motivation regulation and police self-efficacy on their organizational citizen behavior,compulsory organizational citizenship behavior based on self-determination theory.Meanwhile,advises and consults on administrate of police and future study are proposed.We take the method generally used in social psychology which includes two part.Part one is preparation study.We used 450 polices to revise the questionnaire in order to certify the validity and reliability.The main steps include: use Chinese version scales of organization citizen behavior,life goal,and motivation regulation to take Measure.Then,use confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)to verify the scales.The verify includes change the vocabulary such as ?company? into ?police? or ?institution?.The verify also include deleting Low loading items to make the scale reach the standard of metrology.We also take Interview method to identify the dimension of police self-efficacy,make self-efficacy scale and Detect the reliability and validity,and the formed the available police self-efficacy.The formal study is based on cross Sectional data from 335 polices and 110 managers who completed revised questionnaires to detect the influence of life goal,work motivation Regulation,police self-efficacy on police organization citizen behavior.The data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis,Pearson relations and hierarchy regression by structural equation modeling in AMOS 17.0 and spss11.5.The specific results are as follow:(1)Internal life goals?automatic motivation promoted the formation of police`s organizational citizenship behavior;(2)External life goals?controlled motivation promoted the formation of police`s compulsory citizenship behavior;(3)Internal psychology needs to be one of the internal factors that life goals and motivation affected the formation of police`s organizational citizenship behavior and compulsory citizenship behavior;(4)police`s self-efficacy played a moderate role in the influence of innate psychology needs on police`s organizational citizenship behavior and compulsory citizenship behavior.
