| Since the 18 th session of congress of the communist party of China,the CPC central committee attaches great importance to the construction of organization,especially the construction of village-level organizations.Village-level organizations is the most important party organizations and village committee villagers’ committee(referred to as the village "two committees"),each village "two committees" general election will be subject to public concern,especially in poor areas,more villagers hope and expectation there is a strong organization,a group of strong,high-quality,active people village cadres collective services.Since 1994,Anhua County was listed as state-level poverty-stricken counties due to long-term backward economy.As a case of Anhua County as poor area,this paper researches the related problems and countermeasures during village level organization election through deeply investigation and study of all villages and towns.First of all,the related data of recent two election of village level organization were compared and analyzed.From the data,the exiting problem during the election was found out.And then do analysis of common factors from the perspective of the ruling party,and dissect the individual factor by using the case analysis method.And then,the form of questionnaire survey was adopted to survey whole issue during election and acquire related suggestion on the current village level organization of the relevant policies and regulations,village level election satisfaction survey and village team building,etc.,on the position of the village cadres and voters.So it aims to find out the success factors of village level organization.Finally,according to the results of the research,the data analysis,case analysis and questionnaire survey,the paper put forward the related useful countermeasures and suggestions on the village level organization election in poor areas for the County Party committee and the County Government reference. |
