Research On The Application Of Large Judicial Data

With the rapid development of large data technology,the great potential value of large data is getting more and more recognition and attention.To strengthen the application of large data in the judicial field is the inevitable trend of the people's Court to advance information construction.Large data technology has inestimable value for the improvement of Court trial management efficiency and the enhancement of social service ability,and large data technology plays an important role in court trial,execution,management and other fields.This paper probes into the theory and practice of the application of large data judicature,aiming at exploring and excavating the potential value of the large data of judicature,summarizing and interpreting the law of Judicature to serve the judicial activities better,thus promoting the development of the whole judicial field.Although there are some achievements in the application of the current judicial data in our country,there are still some problems,such as the lag of thinking idea,the shortage of talent reserve,the backwardness of application technology and the lack of privacy protection,this paper points out the problems mentioned above,and puts forward the strengthening of the construction of data culture To speed up the construction of talent team and improve the relevant data application legislation and platform construction proposals.In this paper,the application of the large number of judicial data is divided into five parts:The first part "Introduction".This paper mainly deals with the introduction of the thesis on the application of large judicial data,including analyzing the background of the study,explaining the significance of the research,combing the present situation of the research on the judicial large data in our country,and explaining the research methods and the innovation and insufficiency of the research.The second part is the basic theory of the judicial large data.This part analyzes the production and definition of "big data",and based on this,defines the concept of large data of judicature.This paper sums up the characteristics of large judicial data,besides the characteristics of the age of large data,including objectivity,completeness,openness,timeliness and sharing,and sorts out the contents of the large judicial data of our country.The third part is the value and function of the judicial large data.The large number of judicial data contains the value of judicial openness,judicial justice,judicial efficiency,judicial democracy and judicial modernization.The application of large judicial data can realize the scientific legislation,make the reform direction clearer,contribute to the development of the theoretical research,realize the efficient trial management and ensure the supervision in place.The Forth part is the present situation and challenge of China's judicial large data application.Our country has established a series of judicial data database and application platform,improved the judge's trial ability and efficiency,improved the judge's trial management level,and made some achievements in the theoretical research of the judicial large data.But still facing the data thinking and the idea lag,the judicial big Data application research result is few,the judicial big Data application specialized technical talented person reserve is insufficient,the application technology is relatively backward,lacks to the privacy protection and so on.Part Five is the suggestion of perfecting the application of large data of judicature in our country.In order to solve the problems and challenges in the application of judicial data in our country,we should strengthen the construction of data culture,train the thinking and idea of data,perfect the legislation of large data application of judicature,quicken the training of talents,perfect the platform of large data application of judicature,and improve the data integration ability.
