Research On User Experience Optimization Design Of Government Website In Large Data Age

With the rapid development of information technology, data has become an important development trend in today’s world. Global economic activity in all walks of life, each department, organizational decision making are by and large data analysis that, more and more industry is experiencing revolutionary impact brought about by the big wave data, the government sector is no exception.The development of government websites in China started from “online government ” project in 1999. Since then,the global information process accelerated evidently. In the past decades, Chinese government departments at all levels based on three basic objectives to promote the government website construction constantly,such as the publicity of government information, the promotion of online business and the participation of the public. According to the statistics of China Network Information Center(CNNIC), the number of domain names ended at GOV. CN had reached to 56107 at the end of July in 2014,increased by 4 times compared with the number of 2003. At present, the central and provincial government websites penetration rate has reached at 100%, the penetration rate is 99.1% to the the municipal government and more than 85% to the district government. Government websites had made substantial progress in the provision of public services, the ability and level of service supply increased significantly compared to the past. In recent years, though, the Chinese government website construction progressed apparently, but the overall level was still not high, the satisfaction of customers was very low. Especially with the development of Internet, E-Commerce featured as the mode of push accurate service to the specialized customers, this mode had been accepted generally by netizens. Social work demand for public service of the government websites were no longer stay in the passive way, most of the government website could not meet the needs of the public currently.This dissertation mainly focused on the present situation and characteristics of the government website,use big data analysis to develop the design in the optimization of user experience of government website.
