Research On Coping Mechanism And Countermeasures Of Network Public Opinion In Qiqihar

In recent years,the network public opinion in Qiqihar has shown a high incidence.The gap between the rich and the poor,the contradiction between doctors and patients,the dispute of rights and interests and other social contradictions and public management are still the important sources of public opinion pressure,most of which are around the "public power",and there is no lack of improper disposal.This will not only lead to more uncertainty and risk,but also seriously damage the public image of the government,eroding the credibility of the government.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and necessary for the government to take a scientific,correct and effective coping strategy to deal with online public opinion.This paper mainly takes empirical analysis as the research method,analyzes the coping mechanism of the network public opinion in Qiqihar,and on this basis,designs and innovates the coping mechanism of the network public opinion in Qiqihar.The paper puts forward the absorbing mechanism and guiding mechanism,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the government to deal with the network public opinion.The contents of this paper can be divided into the following three parts: firstly,the background and significance of the network public opinion and the existing research,this paper raises the question of public opinion on the network theory are introduced;secondly,the Qiqihar city network public opinion management achievements and existing problems are analyzed.Based on the design innovation of the coping mechanism,analyzed the overall sector to absorb network public opinion,to absorb network public opinion pattern analysis,network spokesman system,major public opinion consultation linkage meeting system;finally,to deal with the mechanism proposed in this paper on the existing Qiqihar city network public opinion to deal with the problem.At the same time,the corresponding research is carried out.
