Research On Meteorological Disasters Emergency Management System Of Yangdong District In Yangjiang City

Yangjiang city of Guangdong province is located on the south coast of Guangdong in China,and is a subtropical monsoon climate zone.It is often affected by major meteorological disasters such as typhoons,torrential rain and floods,strong convection,cold tides,and other secondary disasters such as floods,mudslides,and landslides.In recent years,Yangjiang City has adopted a series of measures to improve its emergency management ability in the face of meteorological disasters,and preliminary results have been achieved in disaster prevention and reduction.The overall level of urban meteorological disaster emergency management capacity has been greatly improved,but Yangjiang City’s local county-level grassroots governments.In the face of sudden meteorological disasters,the emergency management process has exposed many problems.Yangdong District,as an important grassroots county in Yangjiang City,has been affected by meteorological disasters such as floods,floods,and tides all year round.Its meteorological disasters are relatively representative.Therefore,this article takes Yangdong District as the research object,according to the research idea of "finding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems".Based on the theory of the emergency management system for meteorological disasters,disaster risk management theory,public governance theory,responsible government and other basic theories,on the basis of a full analysis of the "one case and three systems" of the emergency management system and the relationship between its various factors,By means of literature research,questionnaire survey,case comparison analysis,interview and other research methods,this paper analyzes the present situation of meteorological disaster emergency management system in Yangdong District of Yangjiang City,and points out the main problems and reasons of its existence.And through the analysis of the case of emergency management of foreign meteorological disaster experience;Finally,based on the existing domestic and foreign research results and interview survey data,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the "one case,three system" meteorological disaster emergency management system in Yangdong District,including: improving the meteorological emergency management plan system;We will improve the early warning system for emergency management of meteorological disasters.We will improve the emergency management system for meteorological disasters.We will improve the organization and mechanism for emergency management of meteorological disasters.We will establish and improve mechanisms to guarantee emergency funds.We will strengthen publicity and education on emergency response to meteorological disasters and raise public awareness.In this way,the meteorological emergency management system in the eastern part of the Yangdong District will be further improved,the ability to manage meteorological disasters in the county will be improved,losses caused by meteorological disasters will be reduced or even avoided,and the safety of people’s lives and property will be better maintained.It also provides some reference and advice for improving the capability of meteorological emergency management in coastal areas of China.
