Study On The Mechanism Of Collective Corruption Based On The Rent-Seeking Theory

The nineteenth CPC National Congress report points out that,with decades of hard work,socialism with Chinese characteristics has crossed the threshold into a new era.But the current our country is still in the transition period,Corruption is permeating every area of our political,economic and cultural life.Is a major factor that disturbs the development of contemporary China.And It’s also the biggest test for our party.In recent years,the phenomenon of collective corruption has become more and more frequent,and it has become a new trend of corruption.Compared with individual corruption,collective corruption is more corrosive to officials,more destructive to the political ecology,and more harmful to China’s political and economic system and social governance.In addition,the current theoretical research on collective corruption still has obvious hysteresis,which is based on this background.This paper selects collective corruption as the research object.The governance of collective corruption is a long-term and complex systematic project,Needed the linkage of the global society,and it require that continued effort and cooperation of the party,nation and society at all times.In order to deal with collective corruption,we must first understand the science of collective corruption,and collective corruption mechanism analysis is about the analysis of the reason and behavior of the process.Scientific understanding of the mechanism of collective corruption is helpful to the deep-seated causes of collective corruption,good to grasp its laws,and to put forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.For this reason,the author has been fully consulted on the basis of previous academic achievements,systematically combed the concept,characteristics and types of the collective corruption,Based on rent-seeking theory,integrated use of various analysis methods to analyze the process of collective corruption and in the process of game.On this basis,centered on system level analysis,combined with social governance level,individual value level,cultural level and behavior level put forward the corresponding opinions and Suggestions of the system.
