According to relevant demographic statistics,as of the end of 2017,the number of elderly people aged 60 and above in China has reached 241 million,accounting for more than 17% of the total population,Weifang City,the number of elderly people aged 60 and over has exceeded 200.36 million,accounting for The proportion of the total population exceeds 22%,and the population aging rate far exceeds the national average.It is predicted that Weifang City will usher in the peak period of population aging around 2030,the proportion of the elderly population in the total population will reach 32%,and the elderly population will reach 3.5 million people.According to the Notice of the Pilot Work on Comprehensive Reform of the Aged Services Industry issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the National Development and Reform Commission,Weifang City will be included as a pilot for the comprehensive reform of the national pension service industry.The task of maintaining old age and the pressure of old-age care have become a practical issue that cannot be ignored.With the increase in the number and quality of old-age care services,human resources have become the lifeline for the development of the pension service industry,which plays an important role in promoting industrial development,stimulating service demand,improving service efficiency and service levels,and responding to the challenge of aging population.Therefore,this paper chooses the supply of human resources in the community-based pension service industry in Weifang City as the research object,and takes the human capital theory,the theory of demand level,the supply theory of public goods,and the resource allocation theory as the theoretical basis for the study.Using the combination of theory and practice,questionnaires,literature reading,and interviews,we analyzed the human resource needs of the community care service industry in Weifang City.As the elderly population increases and the quality of life improves,society and the elderly population The number of human resources for the aged care service has gradually increased,the quality of demand has been further improved,and the structural requirements for age,education,and human resources for urban and rural aged care services have become more stringent.On this basis,the problems existing in the quantity,quality,and structure of human resources in the community care service industry in Weifang City are presented,and the reasons for the problems are outlined.In the end,this article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the supply of human resources in the community care service industry in Weifang City from the perspectives of the government,the market and the main body of human resources.Based on the above analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: With the increase of the aging population,the pension pressure will further increase,and the community pension service industry will develop rapidly in the coming period of time.The human resources required by the pension service industry will also increase substantially.There is also a high requirement for the quality and structure of elderly care service personnel.For this purpose,the government needs the government,the market,and the human resource main bodies to work together to further optimize the team of human resources for the care of the elderly,among which the government support role should be strengthened and the market should be brought into play.The effect,strengthening the endogenous motive force of human resources,and the suggestions and implementation of countermeasures are of great significance for the development and growth of the human resources team in the pension industry.At the same time,they can better help Weifang meet the challenge of population aging and realize the pension service industry.The upgrade development.The innovation of this article: In the context of the vigorous development of China's community care service industry,the micro-level of human resources has been selected as the starting point of this study.From the perspective of human resources supply and demand,Weifang City,community service industry,human resources The current situation of the demand for resources was analyzed,and the problems in the supply of human resources in the community care service industry in Weifang City were analyzed in terms of quantity,quality,and structure.Based on the analysis of the issues,targeted development suggestions were made.
