Research On The Difficulties And Strategy Of Township Petition Work

At present,China is in the deep water period of reform,the relationship of interest structure has changed deeply,social activities become more and more complex,contradictions,friction and fierce between conflict people have increased,the number of petition cases is rising,and the means of letters and visits tend to be fierce.Harmonious social stability,how to do a good job and solve problems of the letters and visits,is particularly important to promote harmonious social development.The grass-roots level is the birthplace of the petition activities.Doing a good job of the grass-roots villages and towns' letters and visits is important to resolve social contradictions,to mediate the conflict of interests and to maintain social stability.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the work of town and town.This article takes the township petition work as the research object,and focuses on the predicaments faced by the township petition work.This paper combs the status of the research on letters and visits at home and abroad through literature research,interview and case analysis.It is based on the theory of governing the country,the expression of public opinion,the main shield of the socialist society.With the help of the specific data from 2013 to 2017 in T Township,the typical case of research value in T Township and the real ideas of the interviewing visitors and visiting parties,the difficulties and causes of the petition work of town are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Through the analysis,we know the main characteristics of the petition of T Township in D county and the status of the petition work,and explore a series of difficulties in it.It mainly manifests in the heavy responsibility of the petition work,the limited power of the petition department,the high total number of petition,lacking of strength in the team of the petition,the increase of the abnormal petition,etc.Due to the imperfect system of petition work,the expansion of petition appeal field,the various tasks of township work,and the weak awareness of petition according to law.On the basis of the above problems and on the basis of the analysis of the reasons,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the relevant system,strengthen the strength of the working team of town,strengthen the resolution of the hidden dangers,balance the power responsibility of the township government,and promote the law and visit according to law.This paper,based on the actual work of town,studies and analyzes the difficulties faced by the petition system,the petition cases,the letters and visits,the staff and so on,and puts forward the method of the reasonable diversion of the petition cases.
