A New Approach Of Rural Party Branches Development In Western Regions Under China's New Normal Era

The Rural Party Branches is the core of the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)in the rural society,and it is the most basic unit to implement the Party's policy,it's also the battle fortress of the Party's tasks to be carried out in the countryside.At present,the CCP and our state are committed to achieving the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society,and as the typical areas of most poverty and backwardness,the road of western rural areas to building a moderately prosperous society is closely watched.With the arrival of the new normal period,many changes have taken place in the economic field of China,the industrial power is driven from factor driven and investment driven to innovation driven,the road of development also develops from extensive development to green and sustainable development,and the economic growth has shifted from high speed to medium and high speed growth.This has brought many new challenges for the CCP and our state to build a moderately prosperous society.So it's necessary to study the approach of rural party branches development in western regions under China's New Normal.Therefore,this dissertation focuses on the new features of the new normal,with the successful experience of typical economic type rich national advanced grass-roots party organizations Zhaibi Village in Huangping County of Guizhou province as the foundation,putting forward a new approach of rural party branches development in western regions at last.This dissertation contains five parts: The first part is the introduction,which expounds the significance of the research,the status of the research,the research objectives and methods,and the innovative points and shortcomings of the research.The second part introduces the significance of study the development of rural party branches in western regions under China's New Normal.The third part studies the opportunities and challenges facing rural party branches in western regions under China's New Normal.The fourth part summarizes the main achievements and successful experience of the construction and development of rural party branches of ZhaiBi village in Huangping County of Guizhou Province,according to the survey.The fifth part is based on the successful experience of ZhaiBi Village,analyzes and summarizes the new approach of rural party branches development in western regions under China's New Normal.
