The Thought About Constructing Rural Branches Of Communist Party Into Learning Organizations

With rural grassroots Party branches in China as a target to study, this thesis aims atanalyzing numerous problems caused by their instruction. As for the phenomenon that somerural Party members have not paid enough attention to constructing study-type leading Partygroups, comprehensive and incisive analysis is taken to state how meaningful it is to constructrural grassroots Party branches into study-type leading Party groups, further to arouse theattention to the construction of study-type leading Party groups by rural Party members.Simultaneously the analysis also shows three kinds of difficulties and challenges ruralgrassroots Party branches are facing nowadays when they carry out the construction ofstudy-type leading Party groups. Firstly, numerous rural Party members tend to work outsidetheir hometown. Secondly, they are comparatively weak in cultural qualities. Thirdly, a largenumber of rural Party members are unaware of learning and short of self-motivation. As thesetop three challenges are taken into consideration, several approaches are put forward toefficiently promote the construction of study-type leading Party groups by rural Partybranches: namely (1) Scientific learning content is made based on rural practical condition;(2)Correct study thoughts and good style of study are built up and due learning principle of truthseeking is mastered;(3) The study among cadres needs to be highlighted;(4) Consideringrural Party members’ pracitical condition, we are supposed to invite some experts to writesome easy-to-read books on political theory together with some scientific reading materials onmodern agriculture published as well.(5) Such educational resource as Local Party school,local Television University and TV station need function sufficiently as they can to providelearning platforms for the construction of study-type leading Party groups.(6) So as tostrengthen the efficiency of the construction, numerous approaches are employed here, one ofwhich is specifically stressed like constructing a study-type friendly branch for betterconnections between countrysides and cities. Such an approach undoubtedly benefits thedevelopment of our construction and due learning efficiency will be produced.Last but not the least, this thesis shows that three capabilities need to be strengthened byrural grassroots Party branches when they construct a study-type leading Party group, namelyto fight for the thorough implementation of lines, guidelines, and policies of the Party by ruralgrassroots Party branches, to deepen the economic development of rural grassroots Partybranches and lead farmers to an overwhelm fairly comfortable society, and to provide moreopportunities for rural Party branches to be closely associated with the public.
