A Study On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Community Correction Objects' Resoalization From The Perspective Of Ecosystem

Community correction has developed rapidly in China since it was introduced into China at the beginning of the 21 st century.But,as the community correction is a foreign thing,the introduction of our country will inevitably go through a process of localization,in which there will inevitably be a variety of problems,such as the single subject of community correction execution.In the process of community correction,the distinction between judicial staff and social workers is not clear,the degree of social identity is not high,and the psychological obstacles of community correction objects are difficult to eliminate,which affects the development of community correction effectiveness.Therefore,how to solve these problems and give full play to the positive effect of community correction has become a hot issue of academic attention and research.Through consulting relevant literatures,it is found that the research on community correction is mainly focused on the introduction of foreign advanced systems and experiences and the study of domestic community correction system,theory and relevant laws and regulations.Ecosystem theory is one of the basic theories of social work.It emphasizes "human being in the situation" and advocates that the individual's behavior should be understood in the ecosystem in which he is located,that is,the individual's behavior and psychology are the individual's microcosmic system.And its mesoscopic system,macro system interaction,the result of interaction.For the community correction objects,their psychology and behavior are also affected by their ecosystem,and their criminal psychology and behavior habits,as well as the changes of their psychology and behavior after being corrected,are related to their ecosystem.Based on this,this paper,from the perspective of ecosystem theory,analyzes the community correction objects in re society.The difficulties encountered in the process of meeting and the deep causes of these difficulties are analyzed,and some feasible countermeasures and suggestions are provided for the community correction objects to get out of the predicament and realize the re-socialization smoothly.
