Research On Rural Construction In Zhang County Of Gansu Province Since Reform And Opening Up

Rural construction is a long-cherished goal of several generations of leadership of the Communist Party of China,and it's also the hope and dream of several generations of Chinese farmers.Since the Communist Party of China was founded,it has always paid great attention to the development of agriculture and rural areas,and the affluent life of peasants.After the People's Republic of China was founded,especially since the reform and opening up,Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China have adopted a series of policies and measures to accelerate rural development,which has brought about historic changes in the rural economy and society.Reviewing the development history of rural construction in Zhangxian County since the reform and opening up,and carefully summing up the positive and negative experiences and lessons,which not only can provide exemplary role for rural construction in other poverty-stricken areas in China,but also has a very important significance for the comprehensive promoting rural revitalization.The purpose of this paper is to take the rural construction of Zhangxian County in Gansu Province as an example to study the problems existing in the rural construction since the reform and opening up and the measures.This article is divided into three parts:The first part is a basic overview of the rural construction of the Chinese Communist Party since the reform and opening up.It mainly sorts out the related theories of the rural construction of the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up,and reviews the development history of the Chinese Communist Party's rural construction since the reform and opening up,and expounds the practical significance for rural construction of the Communist Party of China.The second part analyzes the current situation of rural construction in Zhangxian County since the reform and opening up.Using on-site interviews and questionnaires as themain research methods to analyze the achievements and existing problems and deficiencies in the process of rural construction in Zhangxian County since the reform and opening up.Based on the actual situation of Zhangxian County,a summary analysis was conducted to find the main problems in rural construction in Zhangxian County.In the third part,thinking of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization in Zhangxian County.Aiming at the problems existing in the rural construction of Zhangxian County,combining with the reality of Zhangxian County,corresponding measures were proposed to provide experience to speed up the current rural construction in Zhangxian County.I hope this paper will propose feasible measures for the problems existing in rural construction in Zhangxian County by analyzing the present situation of rural construction in Zhangxian County since reform and opening up to provide a certain reference and experience for rural construction in other impoverished mountainous areas.
