Research On The Ideological Ability Construction Of Leading Cadres In The New Era

Ideological work is of paramount importance.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee,with Xi Jinping as the core,has attached great importance to ideological construction and put forward a lot of constructive new ideas and new judgments.At the dawn of the new era,ideological work has also ushered in an unprecedentedly golden period: the theory is increasingly perfect,the practice is constantly innovating,the resources are more and more abundant,and the ideological construction is gradually brought into the track of the rule of law.But at the same time,the ideological field is also in a period of prominent contradictions.Under the rapid development of globalization,various western trends of thought have poured in,and the level of social ethics and morality has been declining under the continuous promotion of marketization.The increasing difficulty to management of ideology in era with big data and the existence of a series of problems in leading cadres make it more urgent to strengthen the construction on ideological ability of leading cadres in the new era.Based on Marxist ideology theory and socialist ideology theory with Chinese characteristics,this paper explores and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by ideological work in the new era and try to find out the new path to strengthen the ideological capacity of leading cadres.The paper consists of five chapters:Chapter One: Introduction.This section introduces background,significance,status,methods and innovations of the research as well as related meaning.Chapter Two: Marxist theory of ideology.The part respectively discusses the ideological theory of Marx and Engels,Lenin’s theory of ideology,Mao Zedong’s theory of ideology,Deng Xiaoping’s theory of ideology and Xi Jinping’s thought of ideology,etc.Chapter Three: The practices of leading cadres’ ideological construction since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.This chapter concentratively explains and comprehensively evaluates the party’s leaders’ practice of ideological construction on the various historical periods since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.And then expounds the significance of further strengthening the ideological ability construction of leading cadres in the new era.Chapter Four: The opportunities and challenges of the ideological ability construction in the new era.The first part analyzes the opportunities of ideological ability construction in the new age: current ideological construction has set a highest record,ideological work has gradually entered the orbit of the rule of law,ideological construction resources have become more and more abundant.The second part expounds the challenges of ideological ability construction have been facing globalization,ideological construction market and network.Chapter Five:A study into the path of enhance the ability of leading cadres in the new era,which is the key chapter of this paper.Aiming at the problems and challenges encountered in it,drawing lessons from the Marxist ideology theory and combining the specific reality of our country at present,the paper discusses from three aspects and ten small points respectively,those are: to consolidate the foundation of ideology,by constantly consolidating the productive force with foundation of ideology,we should enhance the people’s identity to mainstream ideology and cultivate and practice the socialist core values;To improve the management of mechanism with scientific ideology,by continuously promoting the construction of ideology to rule by law,we establish and perfect the learning mechanism and dissemination mechanism to ideology,to strengthen the leading cadres’ identity to the mainstream ideology,enhance their ideological ability to identify,strengthen their ideological innovation and firmly control the ideology of the right to speak to improve the ideological ability of leading cadres themselves.
