Study On Muti-Subject Cooperation In The Movement Of Reducing Rent And Interest Rate During The Anti-Japanese War In Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region

In recent years,land reform based on the separation of powers has spawned many forms of agricultural cooperatives,but there are issues of interest disputes in the process of business development.Studying the causes,possibilities,methods,and mechanisms of multiple subjects cooperation in the reduction of rent and interest rate during the period of the Anti-Japanese War in the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region can inspire us to focus on the establishment of interest linkages in the settlement of interest disputes in the multiple subjects cooperation,from mechanisms,ideas,policies,methods,etc.We will proceed with all aspects and comprehensively coordinate and promote the balanced development of interests among the subjects.Based on the literature research method,retrospective research method,and the case study method,interdisciplinary research method,this paper discusses the causes and possibilities of multiple subject cooperation in the reduction of rent and interest rate in the campaign of the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Border Region.The mechanism,effectiveness,and insufficiency of the research and discussion are inspiration.The content of this paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which outlines the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas,research methods,and so on.The second chapter discusses the possibility of multiple subjects cooperation in the rent-reduction and interest-reduction exercise in the border areas based on subjective and objective reasons,subject interests and experience.The third chapter summarizes the methods of multiple subjects cooperation in the reduction of rent and interest rate in the Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region based on literature and case studies.The fourth part is to study the interactive cooperation mechanism of multiple subjects in the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region rent-reduction and interest-reduction movements,that is,the interest-linked mechanism,the risk-resolving mechanism,and the resource integration and coordination mechanism.The policy implementation mechanism established in the border area has promoted the effective implementation of the policy of rent reduction and interest reduction.The fifth part studies the effectiveness and deficiencies of the multiple subjects interaction in the reduction of rent and interest rate in the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.The last chapter concludes that the multiple subjects cooperation in the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Border Region construction and rent reduction campaign will bring us inspirations such as strengthening the correlation mechanism,ideological brewing,integrating resource advantages,and grasping key policy resources.
