Research On The Development Sources And Modes Of Chinese Social Enterprises

Social enterprises are different from traditional for-profit companies,but they are not common charity organizations.Social enterprises use commercial means to solve social problems and the profits they obtain are used to continue to invest in social undertakings to promote sustainable social development.The purpose of the existence of social enterprises is not to maximize profitability,but to realize social value.Since 1978,Freer Spreckley first put forward the term social enterprise.Although social enterprises are new concepts,the practical exploration of the combination of business and philanthropy can be traced back to Europe in the Middle Ages.Faced with many problems,the government,markets and non-profit organizations have been unable to deal with them alone.Under the continuous development and expansion of social enterprises,our social enterprises have been separated from the scope of social welfare enterprises.From the experience of foreign development to the current state of development in China,recognizing that social enterprises are in the border areas between the government,the private sector,and non-profit organizations,they can feel the power of business as a force for good and efforts of hematopoietic system with traditional charities.Based on the innovative thinking of the government on social governance,there are also theories that directly refer to social enterprises as the fourth sector.Referring to the definition of social enterprises by different organizations and countries,although each has its own focus,from the perspective of content,it can be summarized as the three major elements of goal setting,operation mode and profit distribution.The authoritative social enterprise definition of localization in our country has not yet been formed.From the perspective of the practice of social enterprises in our country,the form of organization is diversified,and there are no uniform standards for the distribution method and proportion of profits.The author defines the definition of social enterprise in this study as a social organization that takes social goals as the primary goal and has a certain business model.From the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey on the basic status of our country's social enterprises,our country's social enterprises are in a period of vigorous development.The fields cover education,employment,old-age care,environmental protection,and other areas of livelihood,and urgently require funding,talent,and policy support.At present,the driving force for the development of social enterprises is concentrated in traditional charity organizations,civil society innovation and entrepreneurship,and government departments.The author will use this to generalize the development model of social enterprises into a public welfare reform model,a private investment model,and a multivariate hybrid model.In the analysis of China's social enterprise development model,a charitable hematopoietic campaign is emerging among traditional charities,social opportunities are hidden in entrepreneurial opportunities,and non-governmental social entrepreneurship based on social innovation emerges continuously,between the non-profit sector,the private sector,and the government.Cross-sector cooperation has also produced excellent cases in China's social enterprises.The mode in which social enterprises seek appropriate development is a process of recognizing their own capabilities and external environment and positioning themselves accurately.Combined with the analysis of questionnaires and patterns,we will finally propose constructive countermeasures to promote the development of China's social enterprises from the external environment of the social enterprise.We will provide diverse funding support,accelerate relevant personnel training,actively guide regulations and policies,and have good social awareness.Greatly promote the future development of China's social enterprises.It is expected that social enterprises will join forces of profit organizations,non-profit organizations and the government.They will rely on social innovation to solve more social problems,create sustainable public welfare and business,build efficient service-oriented government,and jointly build a better society.
