Research On The Political Realization Mechanism Of Fairness And Justice In China

The realization of fairness and justice is the lofty ideal of the development of human society.The principle of fairness and justice is the highest value standard in human life.The process of building a harmonious society in China is the process of constantly resolving contradictions and realizing fairness and justice.When the society make a progress and develop quickly,there also are appear a series of phenomenon of injustice such as unfair income distribution,the gap is too large,the operation of government power is out of order and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of citizens the imperfect mechanism of political participation,the interests of vulnerable groups can not be expressed,judicial injustice,political rights can not be guaranteed and so on.In the process of building a socialist harmonious society,the proper solution to solve the problem of fairness and justice has become an important issue that can not be evaded.This article studies the question of justice in China from the perspective of political mechanism.This thesis consists of four parts.The first part explains the purpose,significance and research methods of the topic,and analyzes the main research situation at home and abroad.On the whole,Foreign research is mainly based on the western political and cultural traditions,and its theoretical perspective has certain limitations.Domestic research is more mining the practical significance of justice,and emphasize the theoretical studies.The study on this problem's achievement is not sufficient.The second part mainly expounds the theoretical logic of justice and fairness.Firstly,we define and expound its basic content,and then expound the view of fairness and justice in the West and Marx's view of fairness and justice as the theoretical basis of this article,according to the situation of our country,we discuss the necessity of achieving fair justice.The third part mainly analyze the Power operation mechanism,disorder of achieving Chinese justice political mechanism from the political participation mechanism,political allocation mechanism,and political security mechanism.The government does not act,the lack of supervision to power,defects of citizen consciousness,system construction,vulnerable groups their political ability is insufficient,channel is not smooth,and the judicial supervision system is not perfect and hinder the realization of fairness and justice.The fourth part discusses the improvement of the political realization mechanism of fairness and justice,and analyzes the solutions according to the obstacles existing in the above-mentioned mechanisms.
