In order to grasp the situation of migrant workers in Beijing during the Spring Festival period,especially the migrant workers in Beijing,and to carry out the work of public employment service for migrant workers in Beijing.During the spring of 2017,Traffic monitoring work.Beijing South Railway Station is the most important railway passenger hub in Beijing,the survey statistical analysis,to understand the actual situation of Beijing South Railway Station passenger flow organization.Focusing on the investigation of migrant workers in Beijing engaged in the industry,the specific occupation and basic salary.Analyzes the reasons why it is no longer returned to Beijing after leaving Beijing and the comprehensive influencing factors to promote the government to strengthen the system construction and promote the stability of Beijing economy.Beijing South Railway Station due to bear the task of passenger traffic inside and outside the city,in the face of the capital Beijing during the Spring Festival,a huge passenger flow,the station in the passenger pitting process facing severe challenges.In this paper,by investigating the passenger flow organization and the positioning of each functional area,this paper analyzes the reasons why the underground transfer floor causes the passenger flow bottleneck at the peak of passenger flow.Fitting passengers into the station and security service time distribution rules,security service process to build a M/M/c queuing model.Finally,the dynamic model of passenger flow is established by using Anylogic micro dynamic simulation software,and the simulation process and evaluation system are designed.The simulation study is carried out on the queue captain.At the same time,in the case of different passenger flow rate,the optimal allocation and operation management of the security channel is put forward,and the theoretical basis for the safe and efficient flow of passenger flow is made for Beijing South Railway Station or other high passenger station.
