Research On Advancing “Internet+Government Services” In China

In 2015,Premier Li Keqiang put forward “Internet plus” action plan based on the national development strategy level in the government work report of the NPC and the CPPCC for the first time.Since then,the “Internet plus” has become a high-frequency word,the government and enterprises are trying to catch the “Internet plus” as high-speed train,realize the self optimization and upgrading.At present,the “Internet plus” action plan has permeated into all aspects of social life and production,such as education,finance,logistics,travel,food etc.In recent years,the government has also made great efforts to integrate the application of the Internet into government service.Especially in 2016,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the “Internet plus government service”,he put forward the points that construct “Internet plus government services” as the new mode of e-government development.With the Internet thinking and technology,realize the sharing of data between the government departments,optimize the government service process,and promote the government service quality and efficiency,so as to realize that citizens can be provided more convenient government services.Enhance the satisfaction of citizens.At this point,“Internet plus government services” has become a new direction of the e-government development;e-government will enter the stage of integrating Internet deeply in China.Although our country has been attached great importance to advance the “Internet plus government services”,however,the application of internet in government services still lags behind the enterprise and social fields,our study on it is still in the initial stage of exploration,research experience is not sufficient,and promote “Internet plus government services” is the powerful driving force and support force to deepen the reform of streamline administration,enhance the transformation of modernization government management mode and the government public service quality and efficiency.We must change the traditional views which consider the internet as a simple tool,but the value of the Internet thinking,such as open,sharing,link,collaborative,interaction we must combine the Internet thinking to the government services.Based on the “Internet plus” era background and the current development of government services,with “Internet plus” thinking as the core emphatically analyzed the problems of promoting “Internet plus government services” in our country.Firstly,briefly introduced the related concept of “Internet plus government service” as well as the theoretical basis,and then is the analysis of China’s “Internet plus government services” current situation,and lists some beneficial explorations of “Internet plus government services” in some China’s provinces and cities,such as Zhejiang Province,Guangdong Province etc.Then list the problems of “Internet plus government services" in our country,including the “Internet plus government service” development is not balanced,“Internet plus government service” service channel have defects,Internet information security risks,the problems of using new media to promote the “Internet plus government service” etc.Finally,put forward a series of targeted measures,including improve the balanced development of “Internet plus government services”,overcome the defects of the channel level of “Internet plus government service”,perfect Internet information security of “Internet plus government services”,make full use of new media to promote the “Internet plus government services”...
