Research On Low-level Officer Corruption Of Guangdong Province

Corruption is a social phenomenon,the control of which causes attention universally.Although China's anti-corruption have been strengthened,and has achieved initial results,but the corruption problem is still outstanding.With the development of our country entering a new stage and the reform continuing to more cities and areas,corruption presents some new characteristics and trend.A prominent manifestation is more and more corruption occur on the low-level officers.These offices who plays an important and key role are least like to cause by the relevant anti-corruption agency.But after his corruption has been investigated,we often found he has become a "great corruption" ?The corruption directly infringes the vital interests of the people and been detested by people.Based on the data released byGuangdong province in the last five years,this paper will built a the cost-benefit analysis model to analysis the changes of key variables by using the literature,the standard and empirical methods.By the analysis each of the variables in the model,this paper pay more attention to the influence of corruption characteristic to all latent variables and cost and provides an effective method and clue to take precautions against and manage the corrupt behavior from mechanism and source.The paper points out that the key point of governance should be how to minimize the cost of corruption and minimize the possibility of corruption,so as to minimize the possibility of corruption until zero,so as to curb corruption.
