On The Predicament And Perfection Of The Procuratorate’s Case Management System In Judicial Practice

Since the prosecution’s case management system was fully implemented in the country’s procuratorial organs in 2013,many good experiences have been gathered across the country,and theoretical and practical innovations have emerged one after another.After four years of practice,the case management of the procuratorial organs in Inner Mongolia relied on the new judicial case handling system.Both of them promoted the quality and effectiveness of judicial case handling in the three-level procuratorates of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The concept of fine and civilized justice has gradually become more popular and judicial.Get further specifications.In spite of this,the case management system of the procuratorial organs is still a new phenomenon in the construction of the rule of law in New China and the construction of the procuratorial organ itself.It is still in the stage of exploration and promotion.In the process of continuous development,problems and difficulties have also gradually emerged.There are problems such as lack of management tools,poor supervision authority,unclear service orientation,and ineffective staff assistant role.These problems make the design of the procuratorate case management system difficult to take root in judicial practice.The reasons are as follows: First,the problem of institutional design itself leads to frustration in the implementation of judicial practice;second,the management of the existing system is not in place and the supporting measures are not perfect;third,the lack of human resources and the level of professional quality need to be further improved;Insufficient information support and low intelligence.Therefore,to make case management work out of the dilemma of judicial practice,it is necessary to further clarify the connotation and extension of case management,and proceed from the aspects of system,implementation,personnel,and informatization,and promote the steady and healthy development of the system.
