The Research On The Investigative Work Of Illegal Fund Raising Crime Under The Game Theory

Under the background of online finance vigorously developing,the illegal fund-raising crime are breaking out intensively like a blowout and presents the new characteristics of crime,spreading from the real world to virtual world,from a single region to the whole country,from the specific subject to diverse groups,from a specific industry shifting to multiple industries,from a single crime to professional means of crime.The evolution of the crime characteristic determines that the detective work of illegal fund-raising cases may have many difficulties,such as starting the detective work,verifying the property involved,checking the evidence clew,collecting oral evidence,investigation of collaboration,investigation of stability and so on.Game theory provides a new research idea for investigating the investigation of illegal financing cases.Game theory is a methodology which regards individuals who are connected and rational as the research object,studies how the rational individuals make decisions and seek the benefit maximization in the process of participating in the game to a,by building a game model.The investigation of illegal fund-raising is a game in itself,and each rational individual seeks the optimal strategy from the perspective of his own interests.So,be handling cases of illegal fund raising process,the public security organs analyze specific problems based on the game theory thought,divide them into different levels according to the starting point of different interests of the participants,and distinct the relations of cooperation and the degree of cooperation between the participants.On the basis of the current social development background,this paper starts from the basic concept of game theory and illegal fund-raising crime,and studies the investigation of illegal financing cases through the perspective of game theory.Firstly,based on the basic theoretical knowledge of game theory,this paper analyzes the feasibility analysis of the investigation game of illegal fund-raising cases,and lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of the investigation game model of illegal fund-raising.Second,by the theory of game theory point of view,this paper grasps the reason for the frequent occurrence of illegal fund-raising activities from a macro level,analyzes the relations among illegal fund-raising suspects,participants and government regulators,searches for illegal fund-raising game role in the process of criminal investigation.Finally,the game model of the participants,including the investigators,the participants,the collaborators,the criminal suspects,etc.is established,distinguishing the cooperative game and non-cooperative game.And combining with the problems in the actual investigation,this paper puts forward the tactics and methods adopted by the public security organs in the investigation of illegal fund-raising cases,in order to realize the maximum benefits of investigation.
