Research On Conflicts Of Interest On Sharing And Disseminating Stated-funded Research Results

The state-funded research results play a very important part to promote the progress and development of sci-technology.They have various formal expressions,they can obtain the protecting of intellectual property rights under certain conditions.After research results get the protection of intellectual property rights,they have two characteristics of public interest and private right.The former means that because research results are funded by state,they are common products,which should be use by the public;the latter says that the intellectual property rights of research results belong to the private and research results refer to privacy of individual.So the sharing and dissemination about them is facing with many difficulties,which has attaching more and more attention from academia.The conceptual analysis of research results and sharing and dissemination are the basis to study,which is helpful to clarify the operational limits of sharing and disseminating the research results.The intellectual property rights of research results belong to state or the supporting institutions.The paper analyses the stakeholders of sharing and disseminating research results and the conflicts of interest between them under the premise that the intellectual property rights of research results belong to the supporting institutions.Then the paper puts forward some advises of solving to conflicts of interest and sharing rules of promoting the sharing of research results.
