Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Community Workers

With the gradual improvement of material standard of living,people are paying more and more attention to the service quality and service level of social services.Community is the most closely related to people's life,the quality requirement for life of people reflects to the community service requirements firstly.Community workers,as the direct providers of community services,have a decisive influence on the quality of community service.It chooses the angle the performance appraisal system of community workers from the perspective of evaluation system and through the construction of expectations,in order to guide the work direction and content of our community workers and to enhance community service quality.In theory,most researches on community worker performance tend to raise questions about the appraiser,performance method and other aspects,but few researches suggest feasible solutions.In practice,the community workers' salary which lacks a complete performance system belong to the financial expenditure in our country,and most of the current assessment system is formal and of little actual significance.The purpose of this research is to structure the performance evaluation index system of community worker from different aspects,clarify the deficiencies of community workers and provide the direction and foundation for the next phase of work.Putting forward the comprehensive quality that community workers need in their work from the perspective of performance,and improving the service level of community the cycle of performance implementation process.Through the using of KPI and Delphi method to derive the virtue,ability,diligence,achievement and Integrity as first-level indicators which develop twenty second-level indicators.And then combined with 360 degree evaluation method and the Delphi method,making a statistical analysis on the the weights of performance appraisal from different angles of view,and then make a further explanation about the use of the system of performance.
