Exploration Of Social Organization Integrating Enterprise Resources To Participate In Public Welfare Service

How to integrate social resources into public service is a topic worthy of study.At present,the resources of enterprises participating in public service services are scattered,and the linkage with other resource systems is relatively scarce,and the utilization rate of resources needs to be improved.Most of the related research is from the point of view of the enterprise,and from the point of view of organizers,the research on integrating resources and mobilizing enterprises to participate in public service is less,and further exploration is needed.From the perspective of the theory of resource integration,this study collates and analyzes the relevant information of the C project in Guangzhou by means of literature research,case study and interview research,and summarizes the mode and other successful experiences of the C project integration of enterprise resources to participate in public service in the city of Guangzhou,so as to further integrate the social organization.It provides reference and reference for enterprise resources to participate in public service.First of all,through literature research,we define social organizations,resource integration,corporate citizenship and other related concepts.Then,from the perspective of social organization integration of resources,this paper collates the practical materials of the C project in Guangzhou and the interview data for each participant in the project,and analyzes the types of resources involved in the C project in the organization and the role and play of various resources in the whole resource system.The role.On this basis,the in-depth analysis of the relevant data,the realization of the concept and practice of the combination,summed up the project resource integration model,refining the reference value of practical experience.The research results show that the resource system of C project in Guangzhou can be summarized as social resources,project resources and enterprise resources.Among them,social resources as the basis for the enterprise to participate in public service to provide a good social atmosphere and service to the ground point of the basic guarantee;the project itself resources for the whole resource system to build a linkage framework,provide a service platform;enterprise resources as a resource provider,play an important role.At the same time,the C project in Guangzhou promotes the interaction and integration of the resource system through three linkage modes such as "linkage of enterprise and enterprise,linkage of social meaning,linkage of network up and down" and so on.It will give full play to the advantages of various resources and realize the overall optimum of resources.In addition,this study combines the project's service effectiveness from the perspective of resource integration,and further summarizes and refines it,so as to provide reference for other social organizations.Finally,we rethink the research,put forward the limitations and shortcomings in the study,and point out that the social organization should integrate the enterprise resources and promote the enterprise to participate actively in the public service by combining the actual situation.
