A Study On Policing Management In Public Security Colleges

Public security colleges shoulder the mission of training the people’s police,police management is considered to achieve this mission of effective management.With the socio-economic development,a variety of high-tech crime frequent,the police’s business quality put forward higher requirements.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the policing management of public security colleges under the new situation.In this paper,the Fujian Police College,for example,the comprehensive use of literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews,inductive analysis and other methods,in Fujian police academy police management process on the basis of in-depth analysis,At present,there are some problems such as lack of student’s subjectivity,lack of effective integration of management and teaching,singleness and lagging behind management,inadequate construction of management team,and inflexibility of internal department management system.The main reason for these problems lies in the management of the management of police management is biased,teaching and student management lack of effective co-ordination,teachers and students of the police management model of the three aspects of questioning.Based on the above discussion,we believe that the new situation of public security colleges and universities to optimize the management of police should adhere to the students to the quality of school,discipline and integration goals,to build a student-based police management model and discipline integration model,Specifically,it is necessary to build a student-oriented police management model,to strengthen the management of police management and teaching management,innovation and management of police management,strengthen the management team building,rationalize the management system,Management management quality management system and other six aspects to optimize the police management of public security colleges and universities.
