Research On Lenin’s Honest And Clean Government Thought

In the eighteen years,after the joint efforts of the party and the people,our country has made remarkable achievements in the construction of anti-corruption and clean government,and the goal of not dare to rot is preliminarily realized.The more tight the cages that can not be rotted,the dikes that do not want to be corrupted are being built,and the overwhelming situation of the fight against corruption has been formed.But at the same time,we should also see that the current China is in the deepening period of reform,the institutional mechanism of various aspects is not perfect,the soil of corruption is difficult to be cleared out in the short term,the situation of the fight against corruption is still grim,and the perseverance and determination of anti-corruption and clean government need to be maintained at all times.Lenin’s thought of clean government is an important part of his ideological and scientific system.It effectively suppressed the problem of bureaucratic corruption in Soviet Russia.At this stage,reviewing Lenin’s honest and clean government and learning from his anti-corruption measures in the period of building a clean government in Russia will help to provide scientific theory and practical guidance for strengthening the construction of anti-corruption and building a clean government and winning the overwhelming victory in the struggle against corruption at the present stage.This paper studies Lenin’s thought of clean government from the following three parts.The first part expounds the formation and development process of Lenin’s clean government thought.It mainly includes the background of the formation of Lenin’s honest and clean government thought,the lessons from Marx,Engels,Platon,Aristotle and others,and the development course of Lenin’s honest and clean government in different periods.The second part introduces the content of Lenin’s honest and clean government thought.Mainly from the exploration of the root of bureaucratic corruption and the strict administration of the party: maintaining the party’s advanced nature,strengthening the supervision of the power,perfecting the system construction and the reform of the government by reforming the state organs in five aspects,we have deeply revealed the core points of Lenin’s honest and clean government.The third part points out the contemporary value and Enlightenment of Lenin’s honest and clean government thought.Mainly from the honest and clean government education,the power supervision,The four aspects of system construction and legal guarantee provide scientific guidance for China’s clean government construction,strengthen and improve the construction of anti-corruption and clean government.
