Study On The Construction Of Law-based Government In Inner Mongolia

The construction of a law-based government is an important part of the basic strategy of comprehensively ruling the country by law,and is the basic administrative guideline of the government of China.The basic completion of a law-based government is the goal requirement for building a moderately well-off society in all aspects,the urgent need for comprehensively deepening the reform,and the important task of comprehensively governing the country in accordance with the law.The Inner Mongolia is the national autonomous area where the national regional autonomy system is practiced in China.Compared with general provinces in China,the construction of a law-based government in Inner Mongolia has its particularity.Taking the Inner Mongolia as an example with the subject of the construction of a law-based government in ethnic areas,this thesis studied the current situation,problems and causes of the construction of a law-based government in the Inner Mongolia,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of a law-based government in the Inner Mongolia."Introduction" discussed the background and significance of thetopic,analyzed the research status at home and abroad,introduced the research content and methods,and pointed out the innovation and shortage of the thesis.The first section defined the concept of the national autonomous areas,ethnic areas and the law-based government,described the theory of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities,power restriction and supervision theory and public governance rationale,and analyzed the particularity of the construction of law-based governments in minority areas;the second section investigated the development process of the law-based government construction in Inner Mongolia,described the policy measures of the law-based government construction in Inner Mongolia,and expounded the achievements in the construction of the law-based government in Inner Mongolia;the third section analyzed the problems existing in the construction of the law-based government in Inner Mongolia,and probed into the reasons for these problems;the fourth section described the practice and experience of the construction of the law-based government at home and abroad,and pointed out its referential significance for the construction of the law-based government in Inner Mongolia;In the fifth section,aiming at the existing problems and their causes,the author put forward some countermeasures to promote the construction of Inner Mongolia law-based government."Conclusion" put forward the conclusions and innovative significance of the thesis on the basis of a brief summary of the content.
