Corruption is caused by non-supervised power,there is a saying that,supervision is the natural enemy of corruption.As an important administrative and law enforcement department,Tax Bureau is playing a quite important role,as it owns both internal power of administrative management and external power of law enforcement.In the meanwhile,it has a huge population,most of whom are working in the grass-root unit.It is quite easy for them to be infected by bad styles,such as corruption,bureaucracy,etc.Furthermore,it will be a long way to set up a sound legal mechanism to monitor Tax Bureau,so the power of supervision is the most efficient way to avoid the risk of corruption happened.In a word,the research and study on how to improve the supervision efficiency to Tax Bureau,especially to root staff,is important and necessary.This essay is working on how to improve the supervision efficiency to Tax Bureau,it is based on the relationship of supervision efficiency and construction of an honest administration within the party,introducing the definition of supervision efficiency.Different from Management,the efficiency of power is focusing on analysis.The logic of this essay can be summarized as below:Firstly,the meaning,components and evaluation indicator of supervision efficiency is provided with theoretical support.The analysis on the relationship of supervision efficiency and construction of an honest administration proves the necessity supervision efficiency study;Then,analyze the problems that impacts supervision efficiency,with the sample case happened in Tax Bureau of D City;Third,analyze the reason of the problem happened in Tax Bureau based on real life;Finally,provide the suggestions and solutions to improve the supervision efficiency,i.e.to change the mindset,to set up the supervision mechanism,to expand supervision scope,to improve the authority of the supervision,etc.The proposal from this essay is focusing not only on set up of the supervision system,but also on the operation of correct working process and procedure.Power shall be applied properly and correctly,and must be under great supervision,that is the way to maintain its healthy and persistence.
