Research On Clean Political Ecological Construction In China In The New Period

Clean political ecology is the political system and the integrity of its living social and economic environment.It is an important value dimension for the construction of political ecology,and the political pursuit of the Communists since the founding of the party,which provides political guarantee for the realization of the political foundation of the "Four Comprehensives" and the realization of the overall strategic layout of the“Five-pronged Overall Plan".However,since the reform and opening up,the domestic and international environment has changed a lot.With the deepening of international exchanges,the pursuit of values and lifestyle in foreign countries have strongly impacted the party and government leading cadres.Especially along with the development of the domestic market economy,the corruption problem among leading cadres is becoming more and more serious.The change of the ruling environment puts forward new requirements for the clean construction of the political system.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),we have strengthened anti-corruption efforts and party discipline,and deepened institutional reform and other measures to strengthen the clean political and ecological construction.In 19 th CPC National Congress,it further put forward the concrete measures for building a clean political ecology,such as strictly governing the party and perfecting the party and the state supervision system,which are the practical needs of "building a clean politics,trying to realize the cadre’s honest,and clean government of the government",also a theoretical exploration of the construction of a clean political ecology with an important guiding significance.From the angle of political ecology,this article explains in detail the concept of political ecology and incorruptible political ecology as well as the internal and external ecology of clean political ecology,and gives a thoroughdescription of the present situation of incorruptible political ecological construction from 18 th CPC National Congress,which is destroyed by the political ecology within the party,the fragile political ecology of the state organs,and the fragile political ecology of the state organs.On the basis of detailed explanation of the political ecology destruction in the party,the fragile political ecology of the state organs,the imbalance of economic ecology and the imbalance of social ecology,the deep reasons are deeply analyzed,and the clean government is carried out from four paths,such as carrying forward the integrity of the culture,deepening the reform of the institutional mechanism,promoting the rule of law and adding greater supervision.The suggestions for the treatment of ecological construction are put forward.
