With China's accession to WTO,the rapid development of economy and trade to improvement of the people's living conditions,the country's guard tool-law,further into the maintaining social stability and unity,national important guarantee of the effective implementation of the policy.Law firm as a service industry,because starts late in our country,and based on the state organs,common management concepts backward,extended the government management mode,the brain drain is very serious,so the establishment of effective incentive system and scientific human resources management is very important and realistic.Incentive system is the core content of enterprise human resources management,reasonable and effective incentive system can not only effectively motivate staff's enthusiasm and initiative,to encourage the staff to achieve organizational goals,improve the benefit of the organization,and can be in the era of knowledge economy,talent competition,attract and retain a batch of excellent quality and competitive employees.Can arouse the enthusiasm of staff to the greatest extent,creativity will directly affect the normal operation of the enterprise.Therefore,human resource management,especially the use of incentive mechanism,has become a key of the entire enterprise management system module.This paper by NRF law firm as the research object,using the empirical investigation,taking the form of interview to understand NRF lawyer at motivating the status quo,this paper analyzes the reason of the problem,guided by the incentive theory,put forward suitable for NRF practical incentive mechanism optimization design,the law firm in order to improve the incentive mechanism of through,arouse the creativity of employees and work enthusiasm,designed a series of safeguard measure thus improve the efficiency of the organization as a whole,meet the requirements of NRF law firm strategic development planning.
