| With the deepening of reform and opening up in China and the rapid development of economy and society,more and more floating population appear in the city,they work and live in the city,and become an indispensable part of the city.Social and economic development and other aspects play a great role,and its importance is growing day by day,but in the process,because of the traditional social management model and the dualistic economic system formed for a long time,the floating population is faced with income in the city.Employment,the problem of children ’ s education,medical care,housing,old-age care and other aspects of the problems,to the development of the city has brought a serious challenge.According to the system of public security organs.According to the statistics,among the groups that produce illegal and criminal acts,a considerable number of people belong to the floating population of the city in which they live.The problem of illegal and criminal activities of the floating population in the city has become an obstacle to the harmonious and stable development of the city.Actively exploring how to better serve and manage the urban floating population has become the focus of the current work of the governments at all levels.The public security departments are in the most basic and critical position in the management of the floating population.Exploring the service and management of urban floating population from the angle of police work will help to perfect the mode of urban floating population management,promote the benign development of social security environment,and serve the society.Economic development provides strong support.Through a lot of literature research,actual case analysis,face to face interview and so on,with the help of floating population theory and police management theory,this paper makes a survey on the floating population in C area of J city in the central and western cities.The paper analyzes the floating scale and characteristics of the floating population in the city,analyzes the management difficulties and the causes of the deep level in the management and service of the urban floating population in the police work,and draws a conclusion.At present,in the process of service and management of urban floating population in China,there are mainly some problems,such as unclear population base,unclear situation and enthusiasm of community police work.Problems such as low level of mass participation and low level of participation among the masses.By taking the service and management of the floating population in the city as an example of the public security organs in area C of City J,it is concluded that the fundamental causes are insufficient police force,difficult management and repeated input between police systems.Based on the results of the investigation and analysis above,the author puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,we should change the management concept,promote social equity,and set up the idea of "people-oriented".The traditional management concept still lags behind the current social development seriously,the single control means is no longer suitable for the present,changes the management idea,the innovation management The way is an inevitable trend.Secondly,to improve the quality of the police and stimulate the vitality of the police.In addition to the professional knowledge of public security,the community police also need solid experience in the work of the masses.Third,to build a good relationship between the police and the people and to enhance the participation of the masses.Fourth,Integrate management system,improve work efficiency.Fifth,innovation management model,improve management level. |
