Analysis Of The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Urban Floating Population Management

Based on the latest data from sixth population census in 2010,at Jinzhou New District,the floating population of 493498 people,51.99%of the population of permanent residents。Among them,the urban floating population of 469078 people,56.32%of the total number of urban resident population,accounted for 95.05%of the total number of floating population。Jinzhou new district as most developed coastal cities,faced with the influx of a large number of floating population,This brings to the social and economic development in a lot of Labour and fresh blood,at the same times,Tt also puts forward a new problem to the social management。In recent years,although the new city government attaches great importance to the management of floating population,But still can’t satisfy the needs of the development of population size,the new city in the floating population management service there is a certain gap。In this paper,through collecting and analyzing research concerning the management of the floating population and literature,data analysis,questionnaire investigation and comparative research,investigating the Jinzhou New District existing condition of the floating population and detailed study.Find out the current golden state on the management of the floating population is insufficient,mainly reflected in the housing,income,consumption,social security,social integration,etc.Problem is mainly due to relatively insufficient emphasis is not enough,the government investment,the various security system lag behind,etc.In order to further improve the Jinzhou New District management status of the floating population,will need to make overall planning,actively explore the household registration management system,and gradually establish a suitable for various social security of floating population,to Jinzhou New District development to create a better condition of the floating population.
