With the aggravation of aging,family pension function is gradually weakening.Under the support of national policies,many pension institutions are developing rapidly,and more and more elderly are going to enter the institutions for providing for the aged.Despite the rapid development of the pension institutions in China,the care and care for the elderly is the focus of services,while most of the pension institutions ignore the mental health and mental health of the elderly.In particular,many institutions and families are more concerned about whether the elderly are successful in the pension institutions and ignore the adaptation of the elderly.The old people suddenly left their family environment for a lifetime and entered a new social environment.Their daily life and lifestyle changed.This is a big challenge for the elderly.Many elderly people have maladaptive problems.In particular,the self-care elderly,because of the strong body and consciousness,the problem of poor adaptation is particularly prominent.The D social welfare as the research site,to stay a week old sand as the research object,the ecological system theory,social support theory and cognitive behavior theory as the theoretical foundation,the old sand adaptation problems are divided into physiological,psychological and social adaptation in three dimensions to analyze,analysis is always due to sand to adapt to adverse environment changes,weakening the non rational cognition and social support system caused by the cognitive behavioral therapy and intervention as the main method,using the automatic recognition of thinking and cognition,establish correct recognition error cognition,inspection and review and consolidate the truth and behavior intervention as the main content,and ultimately help to gradually adapt to the old sand mechanism of life.According to the research results,I believe that there are maladaptive problems in self-care elderly in new residential institutions.Cognitive behavior therapy can effectively intervene in the problem of maladjustment in new self-care elderly.Meanwhile,it is found that social support system plays an important role.In addition,I hope that this research can make more people pay attention to the problems of the elderly in the pension institutions.In addition to providing the elderly with more care and cooperation between the pension institutions and ther families,it is necessary to introduce professional social work services.
